5. Transactions

Any transaction or agreement between a customer and a store owner occurs directly between the two parties. eKasiMall is not a party to such transactions and is not responsible for disputes, returns, or refunds.

All content on the platform, including logos, images, and text, is owned or licensed by eKasiMall. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

eKasiMall is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, even if advised of such possibilities.
